Jae helped me with my first business/commercial property purchase. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and had an uncanny way of knowing when to talk me off my ledge! The transaction was very cumbersome and challenging and he was very professional, calm, stern, and pleasant while dealing with the bankers/sellers agent.....everything you want and need in difficult negotiations.
