Jade has done marvelous job in helping me got my first home! Jade owns really comprehensive skillset, from selecting right apartment, evaluating apartment value, negotiating between buyer and seller, recommending different resources. And this is why she is an excellent agent. And the whole process for a first-time home buyer is really delightful. Meanwhile, I could truly feel that she is the kind of agent who stands on my side and thinks from my perspective. I trust every piece of advise that Jade gives to me. Back to 2009, about 10 years ago Jade helped us purchase our first home, while we had just moved to US for not too long, knowing very little about the US home market and were still learning and adapting the new environment. Now it is 2019 and two weeks back we just closed our second home and again with help from Jade, I think that tells how much we have liked Jade as our agent and how much we would recommend her to anybody who is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, skillful and most importantly, trustworthy home agent to help them get the home they are looking for! :-)
