Jade was an excellent realtor to work with when it came to both selling and buying. As we were growing out of our first home in Hebron and considering making the move, we chose to use Jade as she came with excellent reviews. Needless to say, she did not disappoint. Before the for sale sign was even in the yard and pictures were posted on the internet, Jade had found a buyer that made us an offer slightly above what we thought we could list our home for. With our house being sold, now came the stress of finding a new home. Jade was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the Northern Kentucky real estate market, showing us homes in Hebron, Union, Burlington, and Florence. She was a great resource when it came to the pros and cons of each area. She was also very up front about each house that we saw, pointing out things she saw that helped us make our decision. Ultimately, we chose to purchase a new home in Hebron and could not be more happy with the decision. Jade was great to work with throughout the entire process and we are very grateful for all her work in making this an extremely painless process.

Jade helped my wife and I put our home on the market and got us "pending" within one day with 22 showings in the first 12 hours! She had amazing ideas, was very easy to work with, and you know she's honest. Additionally, she was very patient with us. Jade guided us through the entire process, answering all of our questions along the way. When working with a realtor, I'd imagine most people look for someone who knows what they're doing, someone who is personable, fun, and easy to get along with. Most importantly, you want someone you can count on with confidence to get you the most out of your home-buying experience and maximize your selling or purchasing potential. Jade encompasses all of these traits, hands down. We got lucky to find her and work with her and we will definitely work her on the next deal. If you're lucky enough to have stumbled across this review, then I'd consider it a sign that you just found the best realtor in this area. There's not a lot of slam dunks in this world, but choosing Jade as your realtor is definitely one of them.

She was amazing! We lived a couple of hours away and she was able to schedule everything we wanted to see quickly and efficiently. We found our house the day it went on the market and she was able to schedule us to see it at the last minute, and we're so glad she did!
