Jade Fox

My husband and I hired Jade Fox to sell our house and, with the intention to buy or build an ADU for my mother-in-law, buy a new one. We had three adults that had to agree on the new house and that is a real challenge. Jade navigated that emotional minefield with empathy and finesse. She listened to us and helped us come together to understand exactly what we all wanted and needed in a home. Jade handled so many of the finicky little details and tricks of buying and selling. I’m neurodivergent and have problems organizing, and she knew how to encourage me and keep me informed without feeling overwhelmed. We’ve worked with real estate agents before, but never have we met someone so organized and responsive. Jade is somehow both empathic and shrewd, and I suspect she’s got just a tiny bit of psychic ability. She often knew what we wanted and needed before we knew. She is tenacious, loyal, and a strong negotiator. It was truly a pleasure to work with someone who so clearly loves her job.
