I know family who dealt with stress of bad realtors. Most of them just want you to buy any home. Jad was a realtor recommended to me as he is well known in our community. Jad's biggest strength is his honest opinion. If he doesn't like a house he is showing me, he would say it and give his reasons for it. He will not be happy until his customer is happy, and I can promise you that. Well, I am happy so he better be happy.
