Jacson and Paulina helped us find 2416 Broadway some years back. Jacson was a great communicator, helping me understand the layout and the conditions of the house while I was living thousands of miles away. We decided to sell last month. These guys timed and prepped and marketed the sale of this house perfectly. In a soft Market they went beyond the call of duty managing the repairs and even mowing the lawn at crucial times. Broadway went pending within a week and closed, less than 30 days later. Additionally they granted my blue sky wish and somehow managed to get our second property to close on the exact same day.
