Jacquie and George are terrific. They not only have great expertise in their field but they go above and beyond to make the entire experience clean, easy and understandable. We sold our home with them from out of town. They went out of their way to help out from recommending maintenance teams for the yard and pool to regularly checking up on the property to ensure it was being taken care of properly. Just more examples of over and above service. George is a numbers guy. He will make sure you are maximizing the benefits your home presents when determining the initial pricing. He is also very direct and will share the market news in understandable bites so you will be very clear where your home stands in relation to comparable properties. Jacquie has a great eye for staging and negotiation. She won't steer you wrong. I would not hesitate to use this team again. They are the best!!

Jacquie and George have been amazing throughout our entire home-buying experience. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and Jacquie and George made every effort to show us multiple homes throughout central Florida at our convenience. I would like to start off by saying, if you are in the market for a Realtor in Central Florida - George Philbeck is your guy, no doubt about it. I worked with him on both a purchase and a sale, so feel that I can speak from both sides. I contacted multiple highly-reviewed Realtors for assistance with a complex situation (selling and buying simultaneously). George called me within maybe 10 minutes of my initial email - by far the fastest response I received. I interviewed several Realtors, who were all pleasant and qualified for the job, and then I met George. From our conversation on the phone, to our first in person meeting, I felt 100% confident in his ability to handle this process. Over the next couple of months, George and his co-worker Brad worked tirelessly to calm me down during stressful periods, answer my many, many questions, and make sure everything was in line for us to buy and sell simultaneously. The photographer they work with was phenomenal and her pictures made me question whether to even sell, my home looked so beautiful! George and Brad waited until I found a home to purchase, listed mine the same day and within a week we had had 40 viewings and 3 full price offers. Our house was under contract within 10 days of listing. Throughout the process George and Brad were kind, patient, supportive and utterly reassuring. They were able to recommend movers and technicians when needed, all of whom were wonderful.
