Not only did she advise us on the best strategies to ensure it didnt fall out of escrow during negotiations but I literally caught her personally fixing little details around the house to help things move along without issue like blowing leaves before open house, replacing missing stove knobs and burned lightbulbs. I personally invest in RE but Im not in the selling game so having her expertise on what motivates buyers really made the difference.
