The Foreman Property Group is well known for their Concierge service. That's precisely what made my experience so positive,... along with having the winning offer after DAY1!! Selling your home can be an emotionally charged experience, but their communication style and approach provided the confidence I needed to relax and trust the plan. The 2nd unique aspect of their Concierge service was an actual business plan! That's right- a plan based on accurate data, guidance, projections and timing. Daniel presented me with plan options after our 1st meeting that allowed me to make confident decisions on improvement steps and timing.
