Jacquelyn checked in weekly with their agent and us, keeping us updated on the situation and educating us throughout. After a bit of negotiation and waiting, we eventually got the house. Jacquelyn was great to work with. Communicated everything every step of the way. Represented us during the final walkthrough when we bought a home to handle an awkward conversation where things weren’t left in a great state by the previous owners when we purchased, which we appreciated her handling that conversation. On the selling side she recommended us do a few things to improve around the house to help make our house appeal to sellers. Admittedly there was a time where I was like “will this actually make a difference?” But it was hard to argue with the results when we sold the same day as we listed and for more than we asked. I don’t think that would’ve happened without Jacquelyn’s advice and guidance. I trust her a lot which is why I recommended her to my parents and she did great with them as well.
