Jacquelyn was great to work with. Communicated everything every step of the way. Represented us during the final walkthrough when we bought a home to handle an awkward conversation where things weren’t left in a great state by the previous owners when we purchased, which we appreciated her handling that conversation. On the selling side she recommended us do a few things to improve around the house to help make our house appeal to sellers. Admittedly there was a time where I was like “will this actually make a difference?” But it was hard to argue with the results when we sold the same day as we listed and for more than we asked. I don’t think that would’ve happened without Jacquelyn’s advice and guidance. I trust her a lot which is why I recommended her to my parents and she did great with them as well.
