As far as I’m concerned Jacquelyn Cannizzo is one of the brightest, easygoing, nicest person, be it male or female that I ever dealt with and I was in business for 45years ( and a cutie to boot). She is a very knowledgeable realtor knows exactly what she’s talking about. She always puts the needs of her client’s above her own. A pure pleasure to deal with, THE BEST !!!!

When I first met Jacquelyn, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and time again with her thorough knowledge of the new home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Jacquelyn would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, builder reputation, etc. She also led us through the entire process with patience and kindness. As a first-time homebuyer, I was so overwhelmed. I had less than a month and a half to find and close on the perfect home, in a great school zone, and within my desired mileage commute to work. No matter the obstacle I sent her way she tackled it with grace and determination. In short, I was so fortunate to have found Jacquelyn. She was always on my side working to make our first house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with her was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal.
