Jacqueline was very knowledgeable about the market. She did her homework. We were surprised when she suggested a listing price higher than what we thought we could get. However, she was right and we ended up receiving a higher offer. She had some suggestions about how to stage the house and I really believe had we not taken her advise, our home would not has sold as fast. We had some curve balls thrown at us at closing, but she never lost her cool and explained everything to us each and every step of the way.
