My husband and I, being in our fifties, chose to give Mrs. Ortega the opportunity to sell our house; we believe in giving young people opportunities to prove themselves. We made the right choice; Mrs. Ortega was delightful and made the process of selling our house more bearable. We encountered many problems on the way and she dealt with each one in a very professional manner. She was polite, understanding and very quick to face any challenge that came our way. I was impressed by her positive attitude and the way that she quickly responded to every need we had. If she did not have an answer to one of our questions, she would say so and immediately seek advice and get back to us as soon as possible. Mrs. Ortega was very reliable. In under one month, she had our house with a contract! The first contract became our buyer!
