Jacqueline was great! From the very beginning, she helped properly stage our home, held an open house with other realtors to help critique and suggest the things we should consider for the sale. Then held an open house for prospective buyers. All within 4 days of listing! We had an offer within 9 days of listing. We were so impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and 'can do' attitude. She has first hand experience living and working in the mountains and that was invaluable in the sale of our home. We had lived in the home 33 years and she was sensitive to our emotional attachment and understood how hard it was for us to sell. When we got tired or discouraged, she was our cheerleader. When a situation arose, she offered solutions and contacts to work with. At closing, she shed tears with us! Just an excellent Realtor and friend. We would recommend her highly to anyone who might be selling their homes, or interested in buying in the Conifer area.
