I would give her 100 stars if I could. I am an investor from New York and had a strict budget AND a deadline that needed to be adhered to for tax purposes. Jacqui was tireless in finding me 2 properties that fit exactly. She independently researched requirements with the city multiple times to find out other listings were not accurate (ie- saying they were on sewer rather than revealing they were on septic, etc). The properties we ended up with were absolutely perfect!!! It was stressful because of the budget and timelines, but Jacqui made it all happen. I could not have done this without her incredible tenacity, knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. She’s the best!!! 100% recommended!

Had been thinking of buying a house in Florida but was not ready yet. Visited Florida with my sister and brother in law while they were looking and met Jacqui. I thought what does it hurt to look around and Jacqui was able to listen and assess my needs. Next time my sister came to Florida I came with her and this time Jacqui had a bunch of properties lined up to show me. Jacqui accommodated me in any way possible, visiting properties, send me videos, letting me know which areas were within my likes or dislikes. Jacqui listens, she’s attentive, she’s knowledgeable and reaches out to listing agents if additional information is needed. I was able to find my Florida house and closed within 30 days thanks to Jackie’s professionalism and availability whenever needed. Great agent to work with!!! Jacqui was a great Agent to work with! As residents of MA looking to purchase in FL, and not knowing the areas very well, we traveled to FL for a long weekend to visit the Tampa Bay Area and view some homes. She listened to what we were interested in and made herself available to us for the entire stay. She was able to provide a well organized weekend visit filled with many homes to see. Jacqui came prepared with the listing sheets in order of viewings and was very knowledgeable about each of the homes, and if there was a question we asked and she didn’t know the answer to, she made sure to get us the answers quickly. She was prompt and always available for us. Her communication was stellar. Jacqui was so professional through the whole process. In one day we saw 6 homes, she scheduled all the showings, we ran all the numbers on all of them and she was able to help with making the best decision and we can't thank her enough. Not only was she there for that part but through the entire closing process with daily check ins and updates. I highly recommend Jacqui to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
