We have worked with Jackie twice to purchase a home and once to sell a home and all 3 experiences have been fabulous. Most recently, we worked with Jackie to purchase a home on moving back to the area - and the majority of the time, we were out of state. Jackie previewed homes for us that we liked online and provided feedback, so that when we flew out to look at houses, they were already whittled down to the best match for us. She knows us so well and understood our needs so well, that we were able to find the perfect house, put in a strong bid, and have a home by the end of a weekend visit. When we decided to buy our first home, Jackie was referred to us by our Mortgage office, so we decided to go with her and do not regret it one bit. I have had two transactions with Jackie, the first our current home and the second a rental unit that was sold. Both transactions went as planned. The process was explained and the timeframe's met. Jackie was responsive, and prompt. She negotiated as requested, and was keen, to know when a request was more than a buyer or seller would agree. She knows the market, regardless of the area, and is versed in understanding the other parties intent. The greatest mistake I had with Jackie was not calling her first when I began listing a property. It was a costly mistake.
