Jacqueline was not only the property manager for a property I inherited, she became my agent when I decided to sell said property. She was tasked with handling a tenant who was not always courteous with her, but also with all aspects of marketing and selling the property for a client (me) who lived on the other side of the country. She did all of this very professionally and politely and never seem to lose her cool or sense of humor. While I had an unavoidable long escrow due to a tenant occupying the property, the property sold in under two weeks for $30k over asking! I was happy with end result. Selling a home is stressful for many of us, and Jacqueline is the perfect agent for getting things done and maintaining a sense of calm.
