Extremely Helpful in getting property ready for market

We originally listed in October and were considering taking home off the market for the holidays. Jackie related that it was her experience that there is often a lot of family visiting over the season that can some times lead to families deciding to move closer. We decided to leave on market and showings went up and we received a full price offer on Christmas eve. Nice present to say the least and it sold to grandparents who were visiting their children and decided to move all the way from TX to be closer. Great advice Jackie.
