Incredible experience for an out of state sale

Jacqueline exceeded all of our expectations for a very difficult out-of-state sale. I've bought and sold multiple homes, and she was by far the best realtor I have worked with. My elderly grandmother was living alone in Florida and unfortunately reached the point where she needed to be cared for by family in the Northeast. After her move, there were no families left in Florida to help manage the sale of her home. Fortunately, we found Jacqueline. She was able to help us with every aspect of the complicated remote preparation and sale. This included recommending, scheduling, and coordinating with junk removal, movers, handymen, landscapers, etc. We were very worried about trying to get all this done out of state, but Jacqueline made it very easy for us. After the preparation, we were expecting a difficult sale given the situation, but again, Jacqueline exceeded our expectations and managed the offers and sale extremely well. She had great intuitions about the market and negotiated very well on our behalf. All together, Jacqueline was a huge help to us during a difficult time. We're very thankful to her and would strongly recommend her to anyone.
