Jackie is amazing! Late this summer I had the opportunity to dive headlong into achieving a lifelong dream of relocating to the Oregon Coast. I found my perfect place during an exploratory road trip but there was one hitch- I would have to successfully sell my California home to have the funds to make the Oregon place happen! The timeline was bonkers, but Jackie rose to the challenge like a champ! With the help and guidance from Jackie and her team, my Vallejo house was ready for listing within a week of giving the "green light." She knows the local market very well and knew there would be a lot of demand for my 2br 2bath 2000 square foot family home. And boy was there ever! She hosted by-appointment-only Covid safe showings over 3 days and I received multiple over asking price offers as a result. She was able to help me navigate terms and select a buyer most likely to succeed at the purchase. From there, communication was excellent. As I was working through the other side of the transaction (working with a realtor in Oregon to move the new house process along) she kept me up to date and informed on all inspections and processes. When inspections were done she helped me work with the buying party to reach a final agreement that was fair for both sides- and more than I dreamed of getting for my Vallejo home. She also was able to help me when I was sorting out the logistics of moving out and offered some valuable suggestions for making that process go as smoothly as possible.
