We had been looking for a realtor who knew the local market and could advise us on how to get our house ready for sale. Jackie did more than we could have ever expected and/or asked. She referred us to some great professionals and monitored the projects every step of the way. Throughout this process she developed a marketing plan and explained it in detail. What I personally appreciated was that she was very accessible and always stayed in touch. There was never a time or day where we could not reach her. Conversely, no matter how small the issue was Jackie kept us informed. Her suggestions for staging our home were exceptional. She brought out the true character of our home and showed the prospective buyers why we loved it and lived there for so many years. That was something that we knew was important for any prospective buyer to appreciate. Most critical was Jackie's knowledge of the local market and how to present our house to as broad a possible group of prospective buyers that would appreciate the property. We were more than pleasantly surprised with the offers that came in after the open house. Moreover, it was overwhelming and Jackie was able to guide us as to how to proceed. This was what most impressed me about Jackie. She looked out for our interest and was ethical to a "T". She explained every offer and how to respond. In the end the best offer was accepted. I felt that she treated all prospective buyers and their representatives in a professional manner. I fully believe that was the critical factor in selling our home. On a personal note while I was sad to move on from my home of many wonderful memories I am glad that another family will enjoy many more years and happy memories. In the end Jackie went above and beyond what other realtors promised to sell our home. Jackie was an exceptional professional and person. You can rest assured whether buying or selling with Jackie that she has your best interest at heart.
