If you are looking for someone who is going to be on your side, we highly recommend going with Jacqueline. She is intelligent, highly efficient, a good communicator, well-grounded and has a wealth of knowledge of properties in the West Los Angeles area. We were in escrow on a property that had some serious issues and thanks to Jacqueline's due diligence in helping us get the inspections we needed, she recommended we walk away from the property. The amount of time and effort she and her great assistant Keri had put into the property with us, and she openly said it was a bad investment and presented too much risk. We were amazed knowing of horror stories about agents doing whatever it takes to get their commission, and not addressing the real issue at hand, the needs of the buyer. We were thoroughly impressed with her can do attitude as she was able to shift gears and get us back to searching for the right place. Needless to say she quickly found us a property that exceeded all of our expectations. On our second property we were having issues with our lender that put us in an awkward position with the seller, who wanted to close fast, but it was no problem for Jacqueline as she managed to keep all parties calm while we got the lender on board with the timetable of escrow.
