My fiancé and I have had such a wonderful time working with Jacqueline. Jacqueline was very helpful during our whole moving process. She answered all of our questions that we needed and was very respectful and kind at all times. If any first time buyers need a realtor she is the one go to without a doubt because she is phenomenal. No matter what time of day or on the weekend, she always responded immediately. You can call or text her at any time. She really looked out for us and took care of us whenever there was any kind of issue. We were always a priority and always felt like we could trust her completely. Jacqueline has always made us feel welcome from the beginning, until the end with a smile on her face every time. Very very helpful. We dealt with a lot of realtors before finding her, and she was so much better than anyone else we had seen.

Jackie is very knowledgeable regarding market values, kept in good communication with me. Always returned my calls promptly with answers to my questions. Her professionalism was genuine as well as her personal touch.

I used Jackie to sell my Titusville, Fl home in June 2022 and she did such a good job, it was a no brainer to use her again to purchase another home in Palm Bay. Jackie is always working for you, always there for you. She answers her phone promptly every time. This purchase was an ordeal and a lot of work for Jackie. We had a townhome chosen and down to the inspection only to find out it had termites. Jackie didn’t flinch or stress about it like me, she just started over giving me all the leads she had. I chose another townhome and this time Jackie made sure that this one was termite free with not only the inspection but hiring a professional to make sure. Then the hurricane hit and we were delayed. This all took place as I was in another state and had to fly down to see the townhome. After the hurricane, Jackie had to drive all the way to Palm Bay again to take pictures of the unit to make sure it wasn’t damaged. Finally we were able to close and I couldn’t be happier. I picked Jackie because she is a worker. When I was just looking for a realtor she already had professional information for me at my door. She and her daughter are a duo team and they were very approachable and easy to talk with. Jackie would answer immediately any text or call questions. She informed me all the way and was able to make changes when I needed them. She sent a professional photographer to my home and the pictures were amazing.
