I was moving from Northern CA to Southern CA and although I had scoped out areas I did not have a realtor. Jacque was recommended to me by my sister-in-law. What I liked about Jacque is she listened to me about what was important to me in a house. I would see a listing and ask why we weren't looking at this one and she would specifically respond how it didn't meet my needs based on what I had told her. She was definitely listening. There were very few homes on the market yet she did not let me get discouraged. She was available day and night via text or phone to quickly evaluate homes as they came on the market. Finally a home in Valmonte became available and we went into contract. Jacque was skilled at negotiating the bumps in the road and made sure the process went smoothly. And she was there after the fact to deal with any issues such as termite tenting that I was unable to handle being out of town. I truly appreciated her dedication to the whole process even post closing. I highly recommend Jacque.

She proactively worked with my mortgage lender and escrow agent and made sure they had all the documents needed to help me meet important deadlines, which made the escrow process much less painful than it was supposed to be.
