I can say we were at ease knowing she was on top of everything

Jacqueline was absolutely amazing. She answered any questions that I had no matter how big or small. She also would reach out to the builder and the lender when they were not making much sense. She goes absolutely above and beyond with everything she does. Jacqueline is the best realtor. She goes above and beyond and treated us like family. She was attentive and during our walkthroughs she was very thorough. We built new construction and the process was daunting due to delays and shortages but Jacqueline always eased our minds and if needed to would reach out to the builder. If we ever need to sell or purchase again we will only use Jacqueline. I recommend her to everyone that is looking for a realtor. She is absolutely amazing. She's fun and makes the experience as stress free as possible. She got us into our dream home and we couldn't be more than thrilled. Jacqueline is attentive and on top of everything. She responds instantly almost every single time. If she doesn't know the answer she finds it and you get it as soon as she knows. She takes on every contract as if she was the one buying or selling the home.

Jacqueline Cohen is amazing. She took the time to know us, find out what we wanted, was informative about comparable houses into area we’re going for and guided us into a reasonable listing price. We were able to sell the home quickly and fir what we wanted. She has amazing follow up skills after the offer was made and kept us fully informed! Jacqueline was very through and patient with us! We were new to South Florida and didn't know the area. She took the time to answer all of our concerns and questions. She also went over what we wanted, things that were important to us, and helped us find our way to our dream home! Right when we entered a property she would tell us to tour around the neighborhood. Then once inside she would preform a methodical inspection checking and asking the listing agent or owner about any concerns she spotted right away. She was knowledgeable about the area, helping us by cautioning us on homes she felt were overpriced, so we could make a realistic offer. In short she was on our side helping us every step of the way! Jacqueline was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding a home that suited our needs and wants! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
