I have purchased three homes in my life. By far, Jackie has been the best realtor to work with . Never stops looking never stops working always communicating every step of the way. I had a contingency sale and needed to find another home with my two daughters, needless to say very stressful. We were looking at homes during the week, on the weekend. We got ahead of the game before my home officially was under contract. Jackie wanted me to get a feel of the space I’m looking for and to see what’s out here. Great plan, really put things into perspective. I really didn’t know what I wanted until we did this. A few bids were rejected because my house was not under contract at the time. She made me well aware that that could happen, but we would try anyway. Once my house went on the market, she got it sold in two weeks. We continued our search for my new home with my daughters. I went to an open house without her one day and thought OK this could be the place, but I needed her opinion. And in Jackie’s fashion, she jumped in the car drove over an hour to come see the house. She is very upfront in work that may need to be done and thorough when she’s going through the properties pointing things out. She takes the time and discusses with you, the, positives, and negatives. She’s extremely knowledgeable on what to look for, gives you an idea on what things could cost, points out things you will need to fix right away, possibly due to safety or the life of the equipment. In the end, we got my house sold and my new home purchased on the same day! She pulled off a miracle for me and I can’t recommend her enough.
