We worked with Jacque on 2 transactions; buying a lot, including negotiating a contract to build a new home there and selling our previous home after we moved. We weren't the best prepared customers so there were sometimes when we were not ready for a next step but she was never pushy, never pressured us. Jacque was always attentive and got to know us well to best focus our search for a lot to build on. She was also fun and pleasant yet very professional. We feel she did an excellent job leading us through both our negotiations, never dictating what we do, but keeping us on the right track, even if we got a little nervous. Her support team was superb; very attentive, professional, enthusiastic, and encouraging. We can't recommend her highly enough.
