My wife and I started working with Jacqueline in early 2022 when the housing market seemed like it was at its peak craziness. I can honestly say that there is no way we would have ended up in our new home if we did not have Jacqueline as our realtor. With a very active 1-year old and my wife and I both working full-time, it was tough to allocate as much time as we would have liked to our housing hunt. Even when the selling agent was not giving tours or allowing access to the home, she would find a way. I’m not sure when she finds time to sleep because she was always extremely responsive and helpful, regardless of the time of day. As we were preparing to place an offer on our home, she caught Covid-19 and even that couldn’t keep her down—she was just as responsive as always and made sure our offer got accepted even against multiple other offers. It felt like Jacqueline was part of the family by the time our home-buying process was finished. It goes without saying, we highly recommend her as a realtor and when we are ready for our next home, we won’t even consider using anyone else!

Prior to calling Jacqueline, I had been renovating my dad’s Orange County home for almost four months during Covid, all while traveling back and forth from San Diego. Initially, I called her at the end of December 2020 to see if she would assist with finding renters for my dad’s property. Immediately, I had taken a liking to Jacqueline because of her energy and experience. Yet, two weeks later, it was decided to just put the house on the market. Following her lead while getting ready for market paid off, and she saved me many hours of not traveling north for every little thing. Her recommendations of contractors (painter, handyman, roofer, photographer) were first-class and reliable! I would work with each of her contractors again if the task came to play. Having Jacqueline as your real estate agent is like having a long-time friend looking out for your best interest. She’s an ace in your pocket!
