I choose Jacqe due some past experiences with her.
Once an offer came in I felt pressured to take the offer. I didn’t like the first offer. My personal circumstances led me to take the offer after several rounds of negotiations. During this time I was led to believe several false truths about the offers that were coming in. I hope to one day move back to middle Tennessee. However we can all rest assured I will not be using David Jent realty in the future. I did not appreciate the process of selling with this office. And I only have horror stories of purchasing through this realty company.
