Finding and buying the right house in a market in an absolute feeding frenzy was not an easy task. In fact nearly impossible. The beautiful team of Jacque and Jim were very professional as well as personal…Jim helped with his deep experience in construction and helped us understand what work would cost when modeling was desired. From small stuff like replacing vanities and toilets to gutters, pool resurfacing, and tearing out exterior walls and installing sliding glass doors. Jacque is a fantastic realtor, always on time and quick setting up many homes all in the same day to economize on time. Both her and Jim were an excellent support system when we were getting disillusioned, frustrated and desperate. They always had an encouraging, positive and uplifting word. ANYTIME of the day or night, weekends and holidays included, when there was a house we wanted to see from Weeki Wachee to Cape Coral Jacque set them up and had us looking at the home(s) within hours of being listed on Zillow or Realtor. No matter how many homes we looked at the Saturley’s advised us not to compromise during the times when we wavered due to losing in the Florida Gulf coast bidding wars. They reassured us “it wasn’t meant to be…you will find and get the right home you both deserve…be patient…”. They were right. I’m sure we have the record for homes viewed and not once did we ever feel like Jacque & Jim weren’t “all in” working patiently to get us our dream home. In 40 years of buying and selling homes the Saturley team is at the top of the list of all the agents I’ve dealt with.
