She was pleasant to talk to about the entire process. I liked that she made her work schedule available, but was opened to take any concerns we had oast her regular hours, if need be. She empathize with our loss and understood the need to move a bit slower for our unique situation. We found her to be fair, honest and above board about any concerns and necessary changes that needed to accomplished!
