As a first time home buyer our knowledge was limited and the process seemed daunting. Jake did an excellent job of explaining the process to us (multiple times in some cases) and made the idea of home ownership a reality. While working with Jake we were able to narrow down what we wanted in our first home based on budget and location. Once we found our ideal place, Jake was expedient in contacting the selling realtor and helped us avoid and overcome any speed bumps during the buying process which, as first-time home buyers, was tremendously appreciated. We will definitely think of Jake when it comes time to relocate or up-size and we plan to recommend him to friends and family. TJ & Abbie
