My wife and I were currently living across the country when we started looking for our forever home. Jake was referred to us through a friend. When we spoke to Jake and gave him a run down of our current situation of not being able to physically be at the property’s that we want to look at he assured us that wouldn’t be an issue. My experience working with Jacob was top notch, we had what we wanted in mind, and he worked diligently through every aspect of what we were looking for, even with the way the market was crazy and listings going right away. We were able to find our home, almost exactly what we were looking for(actually a little more land) and it was only on the market a day, but he was able to get us in and we got the house. Would definitely recommend him to anyone, and i ahve handed out numerous cards already. He also helped our daughter and son in law buy their house. Very approachable, understanding and straight forward about properties, wont lead you to something that he knows you dont want, or shouldnt even consider after reviewing.
