We can not say enough about how amazing Jacob was in our adventure of purchasing our lake home. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the properties. He was always prepared at the showings, if I had a question he couldn't answer at that moment he always got the information promplty. Being that this was our first time purchasing a lakefront home he informed us on all the " need to know" tips to help us make an informed purchase. He was very accommodating when it came to showing us houses we found on a spur of the moment and wanted to see as soon as possible. He also helped us in finding people to do home inspection., sewer inspections, structural engineers and mortgage brokers. The entire experience was top notch!!!! We would highly recommend Jacob to our family and friends. Thank you Jacob!!!!!
