Jake was with us every step of the way. He explained everything completely and was a no-pressure agent, patiently accepting all changes we made in our dream home search. He responded to all calls and texts quickly. Towards the end of the process, when things got sticky and a clock ticked away on our ability to close on time (our seller went into hospice!), Jake made sure all paperwork was flowing on BOTH sides. His sense of humor made a stressful process far less painful. I just can’t say enough good things about him and would choose him again should the need arise.

Jacob was excellent from start to finish. Not a single time did I feel pressured. They say FTBs take a lot of stress and endurance but Jacob made it very smooth sailing. He was very informative at an amazing response time. Questions I had got answered and if they didn’t I got appointed to the correct person. I really appreciate how nonchalant and straight forward this process was. Will continue to appoint new buyers to Jacob and will be doing business again in the future.
