Treated me like a human vs being a home buyer.
Jacob was excellent from start to finish. Not a single time did I feel pressured. They say FTBs take a lot of stress and endurance but Jacob made it very smooth sailing. He was very informative at an amazing response time. Questions I had got answered and if they didn’t I got appointed to the correct person. I really appreciate how nonchalant and straight forward this process was. Will continue to appoint new buyers to Jacob and will be doing business again in the future.
