Jacob is a pleasure to work with .He is a kind individual and would go out of his way to help anyone. There is nothing that you can ask him and he would not give you his undivided attention .Even after the closing he would help you with whatever you asked of him which he was not entitled to to do he could leave it up to you to figure it out but he is a great guy and so he would not .He really pull me through because I was working and trying to get the financing to buy this property he really was a great help to me ……yay Jim we did it !!!!
