Jacob Petz

Jacob Petz is more than an agent. He has become a friend. For you single women out there, if you haven't sold a home before, you need Jacob. He went way over in helping me, from talking to the loan officer, finding a bank for me, fixing things around the house so I could get my home sold. Tomorrow I sign the papers for my new place which would not be happening yet if it wasn't for Jacob. He always took my calls and always called me back if I left a message and was always available to show me homes. I would give him 10 stars if I could. If you are selling of buying, you need Jacob.
