Jake knows the whole Cook County community very well, having lived there all of his life. He deeply cares about needs of the people he serves as well as anyone he meets. He is one of the most honest men I know, and will treat you as a friend as well as a customer.

This property was raw land which can be difficult to sell. Jake sold it quickly and at a high price. He was also very enjoyable to work with. The only thing that we were unhappy with was the fact that we did not see a for sale sign posted on the property when we went out. It did not end up being an issue as it sold shortly after.
We worked with Jake on 2 occasions in the past couple of years. Jake found us exactly what we were looking for in a very difficult market and helped us sale a property later. He was able to get us multiple offers and get exactly what we wanted for our home. He has great local knowledge of the North Shore and is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.
