Jacob Milton has a lot of knowledge in what to look for while looking at a home. He examined the appliances, something we would have missed during our search, and looked at the structure and foundation of the homes for any possible future repairs. He stayed in communication with us and was great at responding to our text or email questions. He had our best interest in mind and worked hard to help us find the right home for us.
