From the outset we felt confident in Jacob’s knowledge and professionalism to sell our home. We were right to go with our instinct. Our transaction wasn’t an easy one because we were selling and buying at the same time. Both deals had to run seamless in order for it to work. We anticipated many things would go wrong but Jacob is so detail oriented he didn’t miss a beat. It was a pleasure to work with Jacob Lovan and his team. As a first time home buyer, this process was very intimidating but Jacob was patient with my multiple questions as he walked my husband and I through the process. We toured a good amount of homes but never felt pressured to settle, especially since I had a specific vision for what I wanted. He listened to our wants and needs and was always transparent with us. He was thorough and detailed with each document he presented, as was available for us. We thank him for our new home as we create new memories.
My wife and I are so glad we chose Jacob on our first home purchase. He was responsive and knowledgeable; even when he didn't know the answer to one of our many questions, his network of people helped get us the answers we needed. He set us up with a MLS app so we could look up houses when we had time but also text us recommendations based on our criteria and was respectful of our budget. He walked us through probably 35 houses and helped us with multiple offers including ways to make our offers more appealing. When got our offer accepted, Jacob and his team were very helpful and got escrow closed on time (in fact we were about a week ahead with our paperwork to escrow, but the sellers agent held us up).
