I consider myself extremely lucky to have Jake by my side during my first house buying experience. Not only did he make himself available to fit my busy schedule, he also listened to any concerns. He made sure I was informed and involved in the whole process and always advocated for me. I do not think I would have the house I have now if it were not for Jake’s dedication and hard work.
Although I never want to have to move again, Jacob was the key piece to making this whole experience simple and as painless as possible. We were motivated to get our house sold quickly and he set everything up to make it happen. His photographer was fantastic and he also hired a house cleaner just prior to showings and the open house. With so many people involved (other realtors, potential buyers, lawyers, his RealtyOne group, etc.), Jacob was exceptionally organized, always checking in and sending us reminders. The level of communication was excellent and highly appreciated. Jacob may only have been in the game for a short amount of time but he operated by the book. He was a true professional- missed nothing and took no shortcuts. When you combine that with his personal motivation to succeed and help his client in the best way he can you find yourself in an optimal situation. Jacob's personality and presence is of great value in the negotiating phase. I have no doubt at all that he was able to increase the value of the offers we received because of who he is. He is no sleazy salesman, but instead, a formidable adversary that knows value and does not back down. I am glad he was on our side! After putting a lot of work into the house over an 8 year period, it was just nice to see the value for that equity written on paper. I would highly recommend that Jacob and RealtyOne help you out with your sell!
My wife and I never imagined we would live in such a spectacular home. Jacob was able to make it happen for us. For someone so new to the game, I was shocked at his knowledge and ability in the buying process. You expect someone new to be overly available, having ultimate flexibility and just being fully committed to your search. He was that. But what we were not necessarily expecting was his expertise. He made it seem like he had been doing this for decades. If he didn't know the answer he would find it in short order. He took care of things that we didn't HAVE to be involved with, which certainly made it a lot easier on my family and I. Early in the process my wife and I had different ideas as to what we wanted and he helped us narrow down the focus, always meeting us for each of the walk-throughs. Jacob also has the personality you want in your agent. He listens to you and offers advice when necessary. On top of that he seems to get his way when negotiating and discussing terms with other agents, meaning our bank account will be healthier than expected. Especially since we now live in the home we never thought we could afford! I would highly recommend Jacob, not just in the buying process but just as much in the selling process. We couldn't have done it without him.
Changing over to Jake as my agent was the best decision I could have made. He is extremely knowledgeable and vigilant in his field and very committed to his clients. Jake always went well above and beyond to help me find a home and work with me to find the perfect fit. He was always available to talk and worked well into the night to draft offers or answer any questions i may have had. Very professional , communicates very well. I’m a first time home buyer had no clue what to do , he helped me every step of the way and even followed up with me after to make sure everything was good . I would highly recommend him to everyone he’s the best !
