After listening to our story, he gave insight on when to try to sell, took time to evaluate other properties to determine a selling price and gave suggestions on how to prepare our home for the sale. By design, our process began in early fall, putting our house on the market in early spring. We had an accepted offer 2 days after listing and closed 6 weeks later. Seamless.
