I trusted Jacob to list my home this was very bittersweet for me and I had a lot of emotional involvement as I had lost my husband. Jacob treated me with so much respect and checked in often to make sure I was doing okay and I approved how the process was proceeding. Jacob was extreme helpful with us through out the process and was always giving us updates and letting us know when a house was going up for sale soon. Jacob did a fantastic job for us. His initial conversations with us were well informed and he was able to answer all of our questions. He gave us advice that was meaningful and he was able to adjust his advice based upon our questions and concerned. He priced the house properly, built up interest and was able to get a lot of traffic through the house immediately. We were very happy with how our house was photographed and presented online. Despite being a dual agent in our situation, he thoughtfully presented the offers and went through each in detail, giving us all the pros and cons. As first time buyers, house hunting and loans can be super overwhelming. Jacob was amazing to work with from day one! Not only did he help us understand every step of the process and keep us informed, he made it a blast while doing it! He’s charismatic and fun to be around! I cannot begin to say enough positive things about Jacob and this entire experience. After looking at a handful of houses sporadically over the past six months, he messaged us on a Saturday telling us we HAD to look at this house on a Sunday. He really took the time to find out exactly what my better half & our family was looking for. I’m fully convinced that he knew we were going to make an offer on the house even before he showed it to us. My wife got her kitchen, our kids each got their own room/a giant playroom, and I got my man cave/heated garage. Jazmin and I did not find this house. We had no clue that this would be our forever home—but Jacob did. If you want somebody to work for you, be blunt in the best possible manner, and find you your forever home, there’s one person I would trust.
