Jacob is top of the heap let me tell you. As a first-time homebuyer it was a little intimidating to work through the process of making an offer. But Jacob came through and even stood his ground on my behalf to ensure that my offer was the one that was accepted! I know that I wouldn't be in my dream home if it wasn't for him. On top of being so professional and kind, he updated me via email and text almost daily and even thought of my dog when it came to closing day! He got me a lovely bottle of red and my dog an awesome toy that he already loves. Thoughtful, kind, hard-working...what more could you ask for!
