After we closed, Jake was able to provide us with many local contractors, all who came promptly and did terrific work. He has a guy for everything including roofers, landscaping, and general contractors. Additionally, he was a great liaison of closing procedures between the sellers and us. In a process that requires hard decision making: choosing Jake to be our agent was not one of them.
