I have known Jaclyn since high school, so when I made the decision to sell my house and had seen Jaclyn's posts about her becoming a realtor, I did not hesitate to reach out. Having no experience with the selling process myself, Jaclyn explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. She took her time with researching comparable properties and we came to a solid listing offer. My house did not have many modern updates, but with the right tools and information, she helped me get asking for my house. She was there for the entire process including inspections. Selling a home can be stressful, but I felt it was the least stressful process with Jaclyn's knowledge and help! Highly recommend her for all real estate needs!
