When we started the search for our new home we new that the process was not going to be easy, my wife and I (mostly me) were very specific in what we were looking for, you know the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood at the perfect price. Jaclyn was able to find a great house and a great neighborhood but the seller was not budging on the price. We new that we had a good agent but really started to show when Jaclyn used the information on recent comps, condition of the home, and the inspection report to negotiate a price that was fair for everyone involved. Once the price was negotiated and escrow was closed you would think that your real-estate agent would say "keep me in mind if you know of anyone looking to buy or sell" and move on. Jaclyn went above and beyond, we had an issue with the previous owner, this issue had nothing to do with Jaclyn but she was very supportive and helped us though the resolution of the issue (this took months). Jaclyn would not have to ask us to recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a property she has earned the referrals that she gets and we definitely refer her to anyone that we can. Jaclyn was the ideal realtor. She showed us several (several, several) properties, sometimes more than once, and never pressures us to put in an offer we weren’t confident about. She educated us when we needed it, left us alone enough to make our own decisions, and was overall a treat to work with.
