Jaclyn has been our realator in the passed and did such a wonderful job for us we recommended her to my mother in law. Jaclyn was there for her from start to finish, going above and beyond for her. Then when we were ready to sell our house again , never gave it a second thought who we would ask to be our realator. She is not only an amazing realator, but also an amazing caring person.

Jackie was absolutely amazing to deal with. When we first started looking at homes, Jackie made herself available with our hectic schedule. She setup home tours after hours to accommodate us which really helped. When we finally were able to put in offers, she used her expertise to draft up competitive offers that made us feel comfortable and heard. When we had our offer accepted she was there every step of the way explaining the procedures and coached us on all documents that needed signing. While in escrow she kept an open line of communication between us, the sellers, Escrow and Mortgage entities. If I had a question at 6 am she answered. If I had questions at 9 pm she answered. If she wasn't able to provide answers right away she stayed in contact with me until she received the answers. I never had to check or follow up with her because she ALWAYS followed through. I highly recommend Jackie for any home purchases and I definitely will use her again on my next home purchase!
