My experience with her was one of trust and confidence due to the true concern she displayed towards my needs and anxieties while purchasing a house for the first time. The truth be told, her advice during the time we searched for a home was not at all for simply making a sale, it was more about placing a customer in a place where they deemed affordable, safe, and happy. Jacky was recommended to us by our daughter who found her to be very knowledgeable regarding real estate pricing, super personality and extremely professional as we did also. She was at our beck and call 24/7 and either answered our calls or e-mailed us very promptly when we had questions. She gave us a few suggestions as to things we could do to sell our house quickly and apparently she knew just what was needed because our home sold in 18 days above asking price.
