My family was in the process of moving when we listed our house, and Jacky spent several sessions with us to inform us of the process which included what to expect in our market and how to prepare and stage the home. Jacky helped with every showing and held two open houses for us. She also created a website for our home which is what eventually helped to sell our house to buyers from out of state. During the contract period, we did move out, and when a couple of last minute items popped up (such as having a water analysis of our well done) that needed to be done, Jacky immediately researched what needed to be done, and guided us to completion. Selling our home was sometimes a nerve-wracking process, especially after we moved away from the area where our house was, but Jacky was always calm and, most importantly, kept us informed about everything as it came came up.
